Voila is a household service application which helps user to easily book for the required household service and fix a time slot so that services will be available at doorstep. Once a service is been booked by the user, their location will be auto-detected which helps the service provider to easily move to the users location and provide services. Admin can easily monitor both the registered users and the service providers. The main focus of this application is to provide n number of household services to the users.
The client came up with a requirement to develop an application for providing household services to the users and to track the service providers. The concern of our client is that in this modernized world, no one has time to take care of their households and there is no other service which can take care of all the household service activities. So client wanted to develop an application through which users can easily register and book for the service they need like washing, wiping, window cleaning etc. Client also said that payment gateway should be integrated so that user can easily make payment and confirm their bookings.
By gathering the complete requirements from the client, developers checked the feasibility of the project and tested the possibilities to provide the application which can satisfy all the client requirements. Once the requirements and the feasibility are checked we committed to deliver the demands on time with perfection.
The application is developed within the timeline according to the client requirements. It contains the following features
Social Media Integration
Social Media Integration is done thus user can register through facebook and Google.
User can book for different services at single booking and can fix a time slot so that various services will be provided by a single service provider who is expert in all the chosen services.
Admin can effectively live track the service provider’s location in order to confirm whether they are in the customer’s location or not. Using this it can be easily identified whether the service provider is assigned a service else a new service will be allotted.
User can choose the required service and can give book now or book later according to their availability. They can also setup a time on which the service can be provided.
The user can choose the mode of payment which they like. The safest payment gateway helps the user to make payment online without any hesitations. Once payment is successful, order confirmation message along with the chosen time slot will be sent to the user.
Work Flow of the Application
1.User and supplier registration/ Login

3.User can make payment and get the booking confirmation status
4.User can view booking history, give feedbacks and receive notifications
5.Suppliers can check the new job and accept/bid the jobs
6.Supplier can assign jobs to cleaners

After all the difficulties faced, the application is been developed successfully within the timeline by satisfying all the Client requirements.
